Tresen Treff
Tresen Treff is a long-standing Wilmersdorf Kneipe that narrowly avoided closure before a young team stepped in to keep it alive. At the center of the project are Josha Kalborg and Laurens Friedl, who previously worked together at the one-Michelin-starred Biberbau in Berlin, alongside Friedl’s partner Julia. Rather than reinventing the place, they preserved the classic neighborhood-pub atmosphere while refining the beer selection and introducing a full hot kitchen centered on German classics served in small, notably affordable portions - Königsberger Klopse, Buletten, Semmelknödel, Maultaschen, Rouladen, and pulled Eisbein with traditional accompaniments. The result is a lively mix of longtime regulars and younger diners, and one of the city’s hardest reservations to secure, especially beloved by West Berlin locals.
