We had heard recently about this great restaurant with bar seating out West, where you can order some Argentinian prime beef and some killer wines. Well the restaurant is no more, but it is, a little bit. The owners are still the same, and it's a sister restaurant to Brasserie Torbar, and they're still selling those prime cuts, but the concept has changed to simple French cuisine (we're noticing a comeback) and its new name is Bostich. Sardines, truffled eggs, terrines, tartars and Foie Gras are sharing the spotlight with the Ojo de Agua Roast Beef and Filet Mignon.
