Berlin restaurant Common is welcoming its next guest chef: Alan Micks will take over the kitchen for one night only on May 9.
Originally from Ireland, Micks has worked in top kitchens across London, New York, Australia and New Zealand. In Berlin, he’s best known for his long-standing role at Michelberger Hotel, as well as being head chef and co-owner of ORA and Theke.
For the dinner at Common, he’ll present a set menu built around Michelberger Farm produce, in-house cured meats and different styles of pizza.
