Rram
Rram is a Thai restaurant that opened in summer 2026 on Torstraße, right next to Slice Society. It is the latest project by Berlin-based chef Don Santanaviboon, previously behind Tossakan and Maiyarap, and also known for Hanuman, his Thai curry house in Kreuzberg. With Rram, Santanaviboon takes a more ambitious approach to Thai cooking, built around a format of small dishes to share, moving between larb variations, and larger plates such as the whole sea bass with pomelo salad, with a strong emphasis on using the grill throughout the menu. The flavors are bold and spicy, while a spacious terrace facing Torstraße makes it an easy place to settle in and take in the rhythm of the street. Since opening, Rram has quickly established itself as a regular meeting point for Berlin’s restaurant crowd.
The vegetable dishes are exceptionally strong and belong to the best on the menu
