Chuan Garden 川园
Chuan Garden is a newcomer to Berlin Mitte’s Torstraße, opening in late 2025 in the former home of Mont Raw. The kitchen is led by the former head chefs of the iconic Himmelspagode, now channeling their Zigong roots into a menu dedicated to Sichuan cooking. Expect heat, depth, and the bold flavors typical of this southwestern Chinese province. The restaurant is compact in winter but transforms in summer with a large terrace, making it a versatile new address for serious Sichuan food in East Berlin.
